Q&A regarding online applications

Q. The kanji in my name and address cause an error when I try to register.

When entering personal information such as your name or address, kanji characters other than those in JIS Level 1 or Level 2 may result in a registration error.

In that case, please enter the alternative characters. [Example] Takagi → Takagi Yamazaki → Yamazaki (Roman numerals) Ⅲ → 3

 

 

Q. Pop-ups are being blocked and the screen cannot be displayed.

If you have installed a toolbar with a pop-up blocking function, such as the Google Toolbar or Yahoo! Toolbar, the pop-up screen may not be displayed.

Please set your browser to always allow pop-ups from Post@net (home.postanet.jp, www.postanet.jp).

 

 

Q. I forgot the email address I used to register.

If you forget your email address, we will not be able to tell you your account information over the phone or by email, etc., due to privacy concerns.

We recommend that you register with an email address that you regularly use.

 

 

Q. I forgot the number I need to pay at a convenience store or via Pay-easy.

If you log in to Post@net and select Yamanashi Eiwa University 's "Confirm application details" from the "Application details list," you can also redisplay the payment number confirmation screen.

Please note that if the payment deadline passes, you will no longer be able to pay the entrance examination fee with the information you registered.

 

 

Q. Can I change my application details after I have registered?

Changes to application information (selection category) will not be permitted after payment of the entrance examination fee. Please make sure there are no mistakes when registering your application.

Please note that if you pay by credit card, your application fee will be paid at the same time as your application registration.

If you pay at a convenience store or via Pay-easy, you can change your application information by abandoning it and registering again from the beginning if you have not yet paid the entrance examination fee. You will need to use the account information and payment number you used when registering again to mail your application documents and pay the entrance examination fee.
