Online application process

 

Yamanashi Eiwa University has introduced online applications for all undergraduate and graduate entrance examinations.

Please apply using a computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.

 

 

STEP 1 Advance preparation

1. Check the application environment

Check the environment required for application and prepare it.

 

Email address

You can use a free email address (such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail) or a mobile phone address.

If you are using a mobile phone, please specify the domain (@yamanashi-eiwa.ac.jp, @postanet.jp) as the domain to receive emails.

When your application registration and payment of the entrance examination fee are complete, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the registered email address.

Your email address will be required for logging in during the enrollment process and for contacting us about the entrance exam, so we recommend that you register an email address that you regularly use.

-A4 paper printing environment (home printer, online printing, etc.)

2. Preparation of application documents

The documents required for application differ depending on the entrance examination. Check the admission guidelines for the examination you are applying for and prepare the necessary application documents.

[About various applications]

Applications for scholarships, special student programs, etc. will also be submitted at the time of application.

Original copies of documents such as resident registration card and family register required for the application must be submitted.

 

3.Prepare the university's designated forms

The designated form is located at the end of the application guidelines. Please cut it along the perforations and use it.

Please be sure to fill out using a black ballpoint pen.

If you make a mistake, please draw a double line through the mistake and make the correction in the blank space.

 

4.Preparing face photo data

Take a photo of your face using your smartphone, digital camera, etc. There is no need to print the photo.

 

The face photo data is

-Photos taken within the last 3 months

(Color/No background/Front/No mask or hat)

Either casual clothes or uniform are acceptable

Data format: JPEG format (extension jpg)

Data size: 100KB to 3MB

STEP 2. Submit an application

1. Create an account

Create an account on the online application registration site (Postanet)

① Select [New Registration] from the login screen

②Agree to the terms of use

③Enter the required information such as your email address and password, and register.

④You will receive a provisional registration email. Please complete the registration within 60 minutes of receiving the email by clicking the link in the email.

⑤ A verification code will be sent to the registered email address, so enter it to log in.

Add Yamanashi Eiwa University to your favorite school list

①Enter your email address and password on the login screen and you will receive a verification code, so enter it to log in.

② Select "Yamanashi Eiwa University" from the [School List] and register it as a favorite.

 

*You can create an account at any time, but the online application process can only be carried out during the application period for each entrance examination.

After creating your account, please complete the application process during the application period.

 

2. Application registration

After logging in to Postanet, select the "Application Registration" button and follow the instructions on the screen to register.

3.Payment of the examination fee

There are three payment methods: convenience store, Pay-easy, and credit card.

If you pay by credit card, you can make the payment when you register your application.

4. Print your application documents

Log in to Posternet and select [Check application details] from the list of application details.

Download and print out the "Application Form" and "Address sheet for attaching to an envelope."

 

5. Submit your application documents by mail

Attach the "Address Sheet for Envelopes" to a commercially available No. 2 square envelope.

Place your application documents (such as the application form, university designated form, and school report) inside.

The item will be sent by registered mail + express mail at the post office counter.

* Please be sure to mail the application within the application period.

 

6. Print your exam ticket

Once your application documents have been accepted and your examination fee payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email from Yamanashi Eiwa University informing you of the procedure for downloading your examination ticket.

Log in to Postanet, download the "Examination Ticket", and print it out in A4 size.

* The examination ticket will not be sent by post, so please print it out yourself.

 

7.Application completed

Once you have printed out your admission ticket, your application is complete.

* Please be sure to bring your examination ticket with you on the day of the exam.
