Announcement of results and admission procedures

 

This page provides information about the results of the entrance exam and the enrollment procedures.

 

You can check your pass/fail results on Posternet on the day the results of the entrance exam you took are announced (within the period).

If you have been accepted, please follow the "Admission Procedures Flow" to complete the enrollment procedure.

 

 

Announcement of results

Please follow the steps below to check your pass/fail results.

 

1. Log in to Posternet and select Yamanashi Eiwa University 's "Check results" from the "Application details list."

② Check the test contents, and if there are no mistakes, press "Check Pass/Fail" to check the result.

③Check the acceptance letter (PDF file) from "Success Letter Download" and print it out (A4 size).

 

*Please check during the announcement period.

*The announcement period is from the announcement date of the results to the last day of the enrollment procedure period.

※発表期間になっても照会ができない場合は、入試・広報部(055-223-6022)までご連絡ください。

*Please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding the results of your application.

Admission procedure flow

 

Congratulations on your success. We are truly happy for you.

 

Please follow the steps below to complete the enrollment process.

 

1. Log in to Posternet and select Yamanashi Eiwa University 's "Check results" from the "Application details list."

②Check the exam details and if there are no mistakes, press "Check Pass/Fail."

③ Download all the admission procedure documents (PDF files) from "File Download" and print them out on a single-sided A4 sheet of paper.

④Please transfer your tuition fees etc. following the instructions on the printed document.

*We also accept transfers via ATM or internet banking. In that case, please write the sender's name as "Exam number: Candidate name".

⑤After transferring tuition fees, etc.

・"Pledge and guarantee"

・Copy of the "transfer receipt" or "detailed statement showing the transfer details" (※Please black out the account balance, etc.)

Please send the above to Yamanashi Eiwa University by registered mail. The postmark must be on the last day of the application period.

 

*If you do not complete the enrollment procedures within the period, you will be considered to have no intention of enrolling.

* An "Admission Permit" will be mailed to those who have completed the admission procedures. In addition, documents such as the entrance ceremony information will be mailed in sequence from mid-February 2025.
