Yamanashi Eiwa University (hereinafter referred to as the University) has established the following policies regarding university management and finances in order to achieve its educational goals, respond to the needs of society, and fulfill its public role in accordance with its founding spirit and mission.

 

　

 

University Administration

 

• The University will adhere to all regulations and related laws and regulations, thoroughly ensure compliance through proactive information disclosure, make fair decisions in accordance with written regulations, operate smoothly based on these decisions, and ensure transparency in the administration of the University.
• Under the leadership of the President, the University will clarify the authority and responsibilities of the President and other officials and will continually improve regulations, organization, and management systems to ensure smooth university administration and effective educational reforms in order to realize the University's medium- to long-term plans.
• Under the governance system of the President, the University will assign appropriate organizations and personnel to smoothly carry out university operations, strive to improve systems and environments to enhance the motivation and qualifications of faculty and administrative staff, and strengthen administrative functions.

• In order to maintain its financial base, the University will endeavor to secure stable financial resources, such as fees, donations, and subsidies, based on its medium- to long-term plan, and will allocate funds effectively.
• The University will prepare an appropriate budget based on clear guidelines, and with regard to budget execution and settlement of accounts, will ensure the soundness and efficiency of university operations through audits by auditors and certified public accountants, etc., and will actively promote the disclosure of information on financial conditions.
