Desired faculty profile and faculty organization policy

In order to realize its philosophy and objectives, Yamanashi Eiwa University has established the following policies regarding the type of faculty it seeks and the organization of its faculty.

 

 

 

Ideal teacher

 

After fully understanding the three policies (diploma, curriculum, and admission) established based on the philosophy and objectives of our university,

 

  1. Someone who has the educational ability and enthusiasm to sincerely engage with students and develop them into individuals who can play active roles in society.
  2. Those who can devote themselves to education and research and give back the results to students and society
  3. Those who can comply with social norms and work together with other faculty and staff members to manage the university.

 

 

 

 

 

Faculty organization

 

  1. Comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Standards for Establishing Universities and the Standards for Establishing Graduate Schools, and assign the necessary faculty members to achieve the educational and research objectives of each faculty and graduate school, while taking into consideration the balance of specialization.
  2. The hiring and promotion of faculty members will be carried out fairly and appropriately in accordance with the various university regulations.
  3. To improve the quality of teachers, we will systematically work on improvement activities such as faculty development.
