Desired employee profile

What kind of staff does Yamanashi Eiwa University look for?

Generally speaking, the qualities and abilities required of university staff who are able to respond to increasingly sophisticated and complex challenges include communication skills, strategic planning and management skills, knowledge in multiple work areas, and basic knowledge and understanding of university issues.

(Part of the article is taken from the "Toward the Development of Undergraduate Education" (report) issued by the Central Council for Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology on December 24, 2008.)

However, what is more important to our school is individuals who have a deep understanding of the spirit on which the school was founded, are thoroughly familiar with the management policies of the corporation and university, and are always willing to support and give back to the students who are the protagonists of the school, while also being able to put our school's mission into practice and embody the three policies we expect from our students, particularly our diploma policy.

A balance of philosophy, love, and skill.

From being merely an office worker to becoming a true management staff member.

I believe that these are the qualities that will be required of Yamanashi Eiwa University staff in the future.

Yamanashi Eiwa University defines the ideal employee profile as follows:

  1. Staff who have a deep understanding and cooperation for Christian education
  2. Staff who are always close to students and can give back to students through all their work
  3. Employees who are familiar with management policies, always take a proactive approach to their work, and can solve problems with a sense of responsibility and specialized knowledge.
  4. Staff who can put our university's mission into practice
  5. Staff who can embody our university's diploma policy
