Applying via the "Application Form"

Please fill out the necessary information on the "Application Form" and submit it by mail or fax.

Applying by E-mail

If you apply by e-mail, please fill in and send the following information:

 

1. Course number and course name

2. Do you wish to purchase textbooks?

3. Name (reading)

4. Postal code, address

5. Phone number (home/mobile)

6. (For those using private cars) Car model and number plate

7. Whether or not you are a Maple Mate member (already a member, joining for the first time, not a member)

Apply at the counter

Applications can be made at Yamanashi Eiwa University Administration Building counter.

Reception hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00

 

 

Information on Maple Mate (lifetime membership)

We recommend the following people to apply for Maple Mate (lifetime membership):

Membership Benefits
  • When you enroll, you will receive a 10% discount on the course fees for the course you are applying for.
  • Starting from the year following your enrollment, we will send you the Maple College Brochure for five years.
  • Discounted rates available for the Yamanashi Eiwa Concert Series.

 

How to join
  • The membership fee is 1,000 yen (lifetime membership fee. There is no need to pay annual membership fees).
  • Please remit the tuition fee together with the registration fee.
  • A 10% discount will be applied to the tuition fee you pay when you enroll.

Handling of Personal Information

Yamanashi Eiwa University complies with relevant laws and regulations and university regulations when handling personal information in the course application process and other operations. Furthermore, personal information collected from students will only be used to provide information about university-sponsored courses and to contact students about their participation in courses. Furthermore, personal car models and license plates will only be used to contact students regarding safety management in on-campus parking lots.
