[2020 Entrance Examinations] Handling of entrance examinations on October 12th due to the approach of Typhoon Hagibis

 

1. Entrance Examinations

Basically, entrance examinations will be conducted as described in the "Student Recruitment Guidelines."
However, depending on the course of the typhoon, and taking into consideration the impact on transportation and the safety of test takers, the following will be implemented:
If a special warning is issued for Kofu City as of 7:00 a.m. on the day of the exam, or if JR (Chuo Line between Shinjuku and Kobuchizawa, Minobu Line between Kofu and Toshima), private railways (Fujikyu Line between Otsuki and Fujisan), Yamanashi Kotsu prefecture buses, and Fujikyu Railway prefecture buses are all suspended, the entrance exam will be postponed.

 

 

2. Dealing with delays in public transportation

入学試験当日、公共交通機関の遅れ等により20分以上遅刻する場合でも、受験を認める場合がありますので、山梨英和大学入試・広報部（055-223-6022）まで連絡してください。

 

 

3. Regarding the implementation of entrance examinations in the event of postponement

If the entrance exam scheduled for Saturday, October 12 is postponed, it will be held on Sunday, October 20. The exam schedule will remain as originally planned.
If you are unable to take the exam on the postponed date, you will be allowed to take the exam for AO III on Saturday, November 16th or AO IV on Saturday, December 7th.
Please inform the Admissions and Public Relations Office of the date of your exam by Thursday, October 17th.

 

 

4. If you are unable to take the exam on the scheduled date

Entrance examination fees will be refunded to candidates who are unable to take the exam.
