Yamanashi Eiwa University Library collects, organizes, stores, and provides materials necessary for academic research and education (information science, psychology, sociology, language, literature).The library has a large collection of books related to Christianity, the founding spirit of the university, and holds approximately 140,000 books.

Additionally, the library is equipped with terminals (desktop PCs and tablets) for searching the library's collection, providing easy access to a variety of data services and supporting research and learning needs.

*Due to the library system migration work, we are currently suspending new user registrations for the general public. We appreciate your understanding. If you wish to continue using the library, please contact the main library in advance.

Yamanashi Eiwa University Library Infectious Disease Prevention Measures (Updated April 1, 2024)

There are some restrictions on opening hours at the main library. Please follow the librarian's instructions when using the library.

• • Opening hours

Weekdays: 9:00-17:00 *Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, substitute holidays, and at night.

• • Eligible users

Students of this university, faculty and staff members for business or research purposes, and others who have applied in advance

• • Precautions when using

・Please refrain from using the facility if you are feeling unwell, such as having a fever, cough, or fatigue.

・Please cooperate with ventilation at all times.

・Wearing a mask is at your own discretion, but we ask for your cooperation in some cases, such as when using a private room.

・Please do not return books you have viewed to the bookshelf, but rather to the return desk.

・We ask that members of the public cooperate in recording their entry and exit from the facility.
