Chapel Message

A place where people meet and gather

The Chapel Center is an open space that is open to students, alumni, faculty, and staff, and is available for anyone to use. It is also a symbolic place for a Christian school. We hope that each student will live a rich life by reexamining their way of life and cultivating a wide range of values through encounters with many people. In order to fulfill the mission of our school's founding, we hold chapel hours and also hold Christian events and workshops. Please feel free to drop by.

Yamanashi Eiwa University provides an education based on Christian education. The curriculum includes Christian-related subjects such as "Introduction to Christianity," "Biblical Studies," and "Religion and Thought," and religious events such as chapel hour, Christmas tree lighting ceremonies, Christmas services, opening services, and graduation services are held.

The Chapel Center also has volunteer groups such as The Peace Fellows and the Green Chapel Choir.

Our school motto is "Respect for God, Love for Others, and Self Development," and our primary educational goal is human education based on Christian faith. We aim to develop compassionate individuals who are able to fulfill their responsibilities to society, in line with the spirit of love and service that is at the heart of Christianity.

We hope that you will participate in Christian activities to make your university life enjoyable and meaningful.
