Q&A regarding attendance

 

Q1: Are there any qualifications to take the course?

A1. Anyone can take this course.

 

Q2. Is there a reception every time?

A2. Applications are accepted only at the first session.

 

Q3. Is there a parking lot?

A3. It is on campus. A parking permit will be enclosed with the course information.
If you are using your own car, please fill in the "Vehicle model and license plate number" section when applying.

 

Q4. Is it possible to eat and drink on campus?

A4. Yes, you can. You can also use Kaede hall (student cafeteria) and the shop.

 

Q5. Can I observe the classes?

A5. You can only observe the language course (first time) at Maple College, and you can apply after checking the course. If you would like to observe the course, please contact the Maple College staff.

 

Q6. After the course starts, can I join any session?

A6. There are some courses that you can join midway through, so please contact the Maple College staff. Please note that the tuition fee is the amount for all sessions.

 

Q7. If I am going to be absent from a class, do I need to contact the class?

A7. In principle, no. Please be sure to contact us in advance if you have any courses that require materials fees.

 

Q8. Where can I remit the tuition fee?

A8. Only available at post offices (online transfers available). Not available at banks or the university office building.

 

Q9. Can I cancel my application?

A9. Cancellations and tuition fees cannot be refunded after the course has started. Please be sure to contact us before the first class.

 

Q10. Can multiple discount systems be applied at the same time?

A10. No. Please give priority to the category with the highest discount rate when applying.
