Information on the 2026 Entrance Ceremony

 

The 2026 entrance ceremony will be held as follows:

 

 

2026 Entrance Ceremony

Date and time: Thursday, April 2, 2026

(Doors open) 9:10 a.m. / (Ceremony) 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (scheduled)

Venue: Yamanashi Eiwa University Gymnasium

Parking: Please use the on-campus parking lot and grounds.

 

1. 1. All new students should check in and be seated by 9:45 a.m.
   2. If you have cold symptoms or a fever, please refrain from attending.
   3. The ceremony will be held in the gymnasium, so please dress warmly.
   4. If there are any changes to the ceremony content, etc., we will announce them on this website.
      Please confirm by Tuesday, March 31st.
   5. Parents are welcome to attend.

10:00-11:00 Entrance ceremony (gymnasium)

<New undergraduate students>

11:10-11:30 Administrative matters (Greenbank hall)

12:00-12:20 Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) Scholarship Information Session (Undergraduate new students only, Greenbank hall)

<Families of new undergraduate students>

11:10-11:30 Supporters Association 1st Year Meeting (Gymnasium)

11:30-11:50 Career guidance session (gymnasium)

*Family members can also attend the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) Scholarship Recipient Information Session.

*For new graduate students, there will be an orientation taught by current students after the entrance ceremony.

 

 

About commuting

[Purchase a commuter pass]

If you are purchasing a student discounted commuter pass for JR or bus commuting to school, please apply for a commuting certificate at the Student Affairs Office after Wednesday, April 1st.

The certificate will be given to you the day after application (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

[Commuting by car]

Use of campus parking lots requires a permit. The application period is from Wednesday, April 1st to Friday, April 10th.

If you are interested, please pick up the complete application form at the Student Affairs Office after Wednesday, April 1st.

There are conditions for insurance enrollment when applying. Please be sure to check the application documents.

Access to the premises will be free until Monday, April 20th, and the grounds will be open for parking.
