Information Session for the 2026 National Examination "Japanese Language Teacher Certification Examination" (Target: Graduates of our university's Japanese Language Teacher Training Program and 4th-year students scheduled to complete the program)

 

We will be holding an online information session to share information about the 2026 Japanese Language Teacher Certification Examination.

 

Our university's Japanese language teacher training program (Japanese language teacher training course) is subject to transitional measures. Therefore, upon completion (or expected completion) of the program, students are exempt from the "basic examination" of the national examination and can pass the national examination by taking only the "applied examination."

 

■ Students enrolling between April 2019 and April 2025: Transitional measure Route C

The exam for the 2026 academic year will be held on November 8th, and the application period is from July 13th to August 21st.

We will be holding an information session as follows for those who are considering taking the exam or are still undecided. Please note that only fourth-year students are eligible to take the exam.

The event will be held online via Google Meet (a link will be sent to applicants by email the day before)

*Please note that current students can only take the exam in their fourth year. Since you are required to submit your program completion certificate and graduation certificate within the academic year, any acceptance in your third year will be invalid.

 

All program graduates and current students who are interested in taking the national exam are welcome to join us.
