The following defines the attitude and system that must be observed when managing Yamanashi Eiwa University 's official social media accounts.

 

1. Definition of social media

Social media is defined as "media that uses the Internet and web technology to enable an unspecified number of users to communicate based on individual posts."

 

2. Basic Policy

When using social media, we will comply with laws and regulations as well as the University's privacy policy and take a sincere approach in communicating with stakeholders.

 

3. Understanding and disseminating information through the media

We understand that information posted on the Internet can be accessed by an unspecified number of users, that information once posted cannot be completely deleted, and that the information we post can affect the reputation of our university, and we will always be conscious of acting responsibly.

 

4. To all social media users

Information posted on social media does not necessarily represent the official announcements or views of the university. Official announcements and views are posted on the university website and in press releases.
