Research content and themes of interestI am conducting research with the aim of "developing people by eliciting autonomous motivation." In addition to being involved in a program to train farmers in Africa in the field of development aid, I also support the "development" of parents and children through child-rearing support activities.

What makes the research interesting?◆ Motivation to help you improve your "duty" ◆
They say that a student's duty is to study. I don't really like this phrase, but it's true that students who have trouble studying can easily become maladjusted. Similarly, parents who are raising children can easily become maladjusted if they have trouble raising them, and it becomes a matter of life and death for farmers in developing countries if they cannot make a living from farming. My research interest is how to improve the efforts in each of these duties. Motivation is the key, but it is by no means a matter of pure feelings, such as guts. Research on motivation also involves thinking about how to create an environment in which an individual can fully demonstrate their abilities. I am looking for people to join me in research.
