profile	I am originally from Oita Prefecture. I have served as a teacher at six schools in the United Church of Christ in Japan. This is my seventh school. I have been working away from home for a while now. I wouldn't call it a hobby, but I like listening to all kinds of music. I like string instruments. Right now, I'd like to be able to play the cello. Can someone tell me how?

Research content and themes of interest	Christian theology in general. Having been involved in Christian school education, I would like to continue researching issues of "life" and "heart."

Achievements in social contribution and community cooperation	I have taught at Christian schools (elementary, junior high, and high school: boys' schools, girls' schools, co-ed schools, and universities). I have had the opportunity to serve at various churches of the United Church of Christ in Japan. I visited a hospice at a certain hospital with some students and volunteered.
