
The scope of questions for each subject in the "Basic Academic Ability Entrance Examination" is as follows:

| "national language" | The test will cover "modern Japanese language" and "language culture", and questions will be in modern Japanese (excluding classical texts). |
| "English" | The English section will include "English Communication I," as well as "English Communication II" and "Logic and Expression I." |
| "Mathematics I/Mathematics A" | The scope of questions will be a combination of "Mathematics I" and "Mathematics A". For "Mathematics A," questions will be on the subject of "number of possibilities and probability." |

Based on the results of the basic academic ability test in two subjects selected from Japanese, English, and mathematics, as well as activity reports, statements of purpose for admission, and academic transcripts, successful applicants will be evaluated comprehensively and from multiple perspectives, taking into account the three elements of academic ability.
*The basic academic ability entrance exam is one of the evaluation types in the comprehensive selection process, but does not require a pre-interview.
