*Undergraduate and graduate students of this university will be able to borrow books for a long period of time during the summer vacation period.
If you wish to extend the loan period, please come to the counter with your student ID or user card and the book you are currently borrowing.
The extension will be granted once only, for a maximum of seven days from the date of application.
When returning a book, please bring it to the library counter.
When the library is closed, please return the book to the "return post" located to the left of the entrance. If the book is returned to the return box by 9:00 the following day, it will be considered as the previous day's return.
If you are late, you will be penalized and the period of time you will be banned from borrowing will be set in proportion to the number of days you are overdue.
Please be careful when handling books and treat them with care, as you may be required to pay compensation. If you damage or soil a book that you have borrowed, please bring it to the counter. Repairing the book with cellophane tape or other items without permission will cause the book to deteriorate faster, which will be very troublesome.
If the book you want to borrow is currently out on loan, you can make a reservation. Please fill out the reservation form and come to the counter.
"I want to find materials for writing a report, but I don't know where to find them." If that happens, please leave it to the librarians. They will teach you how to find materials.
If the paper you want to read is not held by our university, you can request it from another university library.
Copying and postage costs will be borne by the applicant.
Books not in our university's collection can be borrowed from other university libraries.
The service is free, but shipping costs are at your own expense.
The library accepts requests for books to be purchased from users.
The KIZ Commons and small group study rooms located within the building can be used by reservation.
